SR We are looking for: Head of Central Administration (m/f/d)
Vienna location/full-time with immediate effect or by arrangement
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, health management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a management position, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Sound knowledge of administration and management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- High degree of initiative, assertiveness and decisiveness
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanour
- Very good written and spoken German
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the administrative and organisational management of the central administration
- Strategic planning and implementation of administrative processes and guidelines
- Management and development of the administrative team
- Implementation of the strategy for outpatient clinics as part of the overall strategy
- Ensuring efficient and patient-oriented process organisation
- Financial and budget responsibility, including controlling and reporting
- Coordination and optimisation of collaboration with medical staff and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Representation of the organisation to authorities, partners and the public

- Appropriate remuneration for this position of € 79,000 gross per annum on a full-time basis. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay.
