SR We are looking for: Administrative employee specialising in payroll accounting (f/m/d)
Vienna location/full-time with immediate effect or by arrangement
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training (HAK, HLA or FH) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and experience with corresponding software solutions
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
- High degree of discretion and reliability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, careful and responsible way of working
Your tasks:
- Supporting the management in administrative and organisational matters
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Appointment coordination and management
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and discussions
- Creating presentations, reports and minutes
- Management and maintenance of databases and files
- Contact person for internal and external enquiries
- Participation in projects and special tasks
- Support with payroll accounting, including recording and maintaining working hours and absences
- Collaboration with the accounting department and external service providers to ensure correct and timely payroll accounting

- Appropriate remuneration for this position of € 35,000 gross per annum on a full-time basis. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay.
