We are looking for: DKGP- Head of Site Coordination of Paediatric PVE Paediatricians in Cape 10
Vienna location/full-time with immediate effect or by arrangement
Your profile:
- Completed training in healthcare or comparable qualification (e.g. DGKP, healthcare management)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of healthcare or practice organisation
- Strong organisational skills and experience in coordinating teams
- Strong communication skills, empathy and pronounced customer orientation
- Organisational talent and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and ideally knowledge of practice software
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the practice and ensuring optimal patient care
- Coordination of the practice team and contact person for all internal matters
- Organisation and monitoring of the practice workflow and ensuring efficient appointment management
- Contact for patients, parents and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene regulations and legal requirements
- Cooperation with other locations within the organisation
